What officers do?

I thought it would be necessary to explain what officers can do, according to their ranks and what are their duties.

Since the last officer meeting, it was officially decided we would have a 3rd officer rank. Here is list of what priviledges/functions each rank have

1) Elite Guard (Romanu/Roof, Sokka, Damauz)

A) Guild bank
-Max 100 G to withdraw per day
-Max 1000 items to withdraw per day
-Update Tabs text
-Repairs paid from guild bank

B) Guild functions
-Speak in officer chat
-Invite/remove members
-Promote/demote members
-Write/edit public and officer notes (guild tab)
-Write/edit Guild message of the day and guild information log (guild tab)

2) Darksoul Knight (Cicamaca, Dandyp, Fenixzealot)

A) Guild bank
-Max 25 G to withdraw per day
-Max 50 items to withdraw per day
-Repairs paid from guild bank

B) Guild functions
-Speak in officer chat
-Invite/remove members
-Promote/demote members
-Write/edit public and officer notes (guild tab)
-Write/edit Guild message of the day and guild information log (guild tab)

3) 3rd rank officer (Tg, Leetnoob)

A) Guild bank
-Max 10 G to withdraw per day
-Max 5 items to withdraw per day
-Repairs paid from guild bank

B) Guild functions
-Speak in officer chat
-Invite/remove members
-Promote/demote members
-Write/edit public and officer notes (guild tab)

OFFICERS RULES

As the members have rules to follow, officers, for the priviledges they have, must follow certain rules too.

1. Bad mouthing ANY member or the guild itself in guildchat or on the boards is forbidden.
* All officers are expected to treat their fellow guild Members with respect and dignity at all times.
* No harassing, depreciating, stalking or any other behavior that disrupts the guild’s continuity will be allowed.

2. Officers will use their priviledges for the greater good of the guild.
* Members being subjects to be warned must be treated with a firm hand but with fairness too.
* Officers will use with moderation what they can take from the guild bank (money, items, repairs) and will try, as much as possible, to consolidate its content.
* Officers will inform the members about guild rules and activities.

As the time will past, these rules will be surely amended to depict more precisely our vision of the guild officers duties.
