Here it is explained how to make the calendar work:

Edit: since everyone likes the idea, lets set it up, be sure to tell your guildies and friends, the more people on this channel, the better. Also remember to use 3.2.3, if people are on different group calender versions, we cant see each others' events.Let's make the channel called CroggeRaids on group calender 3.3.2 (There are newer calenders versions available, but this was especially designed for WoW BC 2.4.3)
http://wowui.incgamers.com/?p=mod&m=1675How to set it up,
1. Put Groupcalender Folder in your Wow/Interface/Addons folder
2. Activate addon on login screen
3. There is now a big round clock on the top right of your screen, click on it
4. Click the setup tab and Click automatic configuration and change it to manual configuration
5. Click "Use shared Data Channel"
6. Type in "CroggeRaids"(leave out the "") in channel and leave password blank
7. Wait 5 minutes to sync the first time and fell free to browse and put up raids.
When creating a new event I think these suggestions make sense:
1. Remember to put the name of the raid or instance in the title
2. Please put a description in the description, something like "All bosses in Kara" or "Speed run to Mother" or something like it.
3. Set the correct time and duration so people know when to show up and about how long it'll take to finish. Let's try to stick to server times. Since this is an international server, Server time is the easiest way to figure out when something is going on due to different time zones.
4. If you have any special rules about loot rolls or play-style, please also put it in the description box.
5. Basically, include as much information as possible.[/QUOTE]
